Abu Dhabi Marine Sports crowns the winners of the UAE MotoSurf Championship with the participation of 11 countries.

Abu Dhabi, November 3, 2024: The first round of the UAE MotoSurf Championship concluded yesterday at the Abu Dhabi Breakwater with the crowning of the top winners.
The first round, organized by the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club, saw the participation of 90 racers from 11 countries competing in six different categories.
Kuwaiti racers dominated the top spots in the Challengers category, with Fares Ramadan taking first place, Hassan Buabas second, and Shaheen Ramadan third.
In the Veterans category, Jerry Kisely from the Czech Republic claimed first place, followed by Stanislav from Russia in second and Lukas Paul Szek from the Czech Republic in third.
Czech racers led the Master's category, with Matej Donvotny securing first place, Alex Lukaszender in second, and Matej Kozek in third.
UAE racers claimed the top two spots in the Rookie category, with Obeid Al Hamli taking first place, Saeed Al Hamiri second, and Maxim Kornovov from Russia finishing third.
Czech competitors swept the Junior category, with Oliver Navara in first place, Lukas Schender in second, and Matej Bulo Szek in third.
The Junior Women’s category was also dominated by Czech racers, with Eliska Matouskova in first place, Elsie Beta Vitova in second, and Elli Kozova in third.
The event was attended by Salem Al Rumaithi, General Manager of the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club, Ahmad Al Taher, the race supervisor, and Mansour Al Muhairi, a member of the organizing committee, who awarded the winners.
Salem Al Rumaithi emphasized that the first round of the UAE MotoSurf Championship featured intense competition and advanced skill levels from participants worldwide. He noted that Abu Dhabi's hosting of such events reflects the global appeal of the UAE in marine sports, significantly enhancing the competition’s quality.
