Abu Dhabi, December 18, 2024: The Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club has announced the organization of the UAE Remote-Control Boat Championship on December 22, 2024, at Marina Beach. The event will feature 23 participants from both Emirati nationals and residents across the UAE. This championship is part of the club’s sports and entertainment agenda, aiming to promote marine sports culture and provide enthusiasts with an exciting opportunity to showcase their skills.  

The championship offers a unique experience for fans of miniature speedboats, enabling them to compete using remote-controlled boats. This innovative and enjoyable event highlights the club’s commitment to creating engaging and dynamic activities. The racecourse has been professionally designed to align with the standards of speedboat racing, offering a balance of challenge and fun while encouraging interest in remote-controlled sports.  

Nasser Al Dhaheri, Director of Races and Events at the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club, said: “We constantly strive to present innovative sports activities that enhance community participation and encourage people to engage in marine sports, supporting our mission to spread the culture of diverse water sports.”
