Abu Dhabi, January 16, 2025 – Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club is set to organize the third round of the UAE Formula 4 Powerboat Championship on January 18-19, 2025, along the waters of Abu Dhabi Corniche. The championship is one of the premier marine sporting events in the UAE, attracting top competitors from the UAE and beyond.

The championship’s first round was held in December 2024 in Abu Dhabi, followed by the second round in Sharjah in early January 2025. The competition continues across six rounds, culminating in the final round in April 2025 in Sharjah.

Nasser Al Dhaheri, Acting Director of Marine Sports at Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club, stated, “Hosting the third round in Abu Dhabi reflects our commitment to supporting marine sports and solidifying Abu Dhabi’s status as a global sporting destination. We are proud to empower young athletes and enhance their skills through this championship, and we look forward to an exciting competition that showcases the high level this series has reached.”

He added, “This event is part of our ongoing efforts to promote marine sports as a key pillar of the UAE’s sporting landscape, while also fostering young talents and preparing them for international competitions.”

The UAE Formula 4 Powerboat Championship is held with the support of the UAE Marine Sports Federation and various marine sports clubs across the country.
