Abu Dhabi, March 27, 2025: Sheikh Mohammed bin Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Chairman of the UAE Marine Sports Federation and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club congratulated H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on his unopposed election as President of the National Olympic Committee for the 2024–2028 term.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Sultan expressed his appreciation for the confidence shown by the General Assembly of the Olympic Committee in H.H. Sheikh Mansour, affirming that the upcoming phase will witness continued progress in the UAE’s sports sector under His Highness’s leadership, given his vast experience and strong track record in supporting and advancing sports in various fields.

He emphasized that Sheikh Mansour’s unopposed election reflects the high regard and deep respect he holds among athletes and sports institutions alike. He added that this choice serves as a strong motivation to further enhance the national sports system and support federations and Emirati talents in competing at the highest continental and global levels.
