Salem Al Yafei crowns the second round of the Formula 4 Championship in Abu Dhabi

UAE, Abu Dhabi – November 23, 2025: The second round of the UAE Formula 4 Powerboat Championship concluded today at the Breakwater in the capital, Abu Dhabi. The two-day event featured strong participation from top competitors, organized by Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club, supervised by the UAE Marine Sports Federation, and supported by Sheikh Mohammed bin Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, President of the Federation and Chairman of the Club, with the follow-up of Abu Dhabi Sports Council.
The championship witnessed an outstanding performance by Emirati champion Salem Al Yafei, who secured the round’s overall lead on boat No. 10 after collecting 40 points. Sultan Saqr Al Falahi finished second with 30 points on Black Pharaoh boat No. 3, while Ismat Adel took third place with 19 points on Black Pharaoh boat No. 2.
Nasser Al Dhaheri, Director of Modern Sports Activities at Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club, affirmed that the success of the round reflects Abu Dhabi’s advanced position in hosting and organizing world-class marine sports events. He added that the club continues to support Emirati talents and strengthen the presence of marine sports across the UAE.
The event concluded with an awards ceremony honoring the winners amid a vibrant competitive atmosphere.
